Challenge

A mechanical contractor in UAE needed 200 custom PLC control panels for a district cooling project. Required IEC certification, Arabic labels and 4-week lead time.

Our Solution

We designed panels per their schematics, integrated Siemens S7-1200 PLCs and 7" HMI. Built 200 panels in 4 weeks, FAT tested each one. Included Arabic legends and bilingual manuals.

Result

200 panels delivered on time. Customer reordered 500 units the following quarter. Zero field failures in 2 years of operation.
