Our Quality Control System
A 5-stage inspection process ensures every part meets your specifications.
Incoming Material Inspection (IQC)
Raw materials are checked upon arrival: material certificate, thickness, surface finish, and dimensions verified before production starts.
First Article Inspection (FAI)
Before mass production, the first piece is fully inspected against drawings. All critical dimensions are measured and recorded.
In-Process Inspection (IPQC)
Quality checks at every stage: cutting, bending, welding, grinding, and surface treatment. Problems are caught early, not at the end.
Final Quality Check (FQC)
Every finished part is inspected: dimensions, appearance, surface finish, and assembly. AQL sampling standard applied for bulk orders.
Outgoing Inspection (OQC)
Final check before packing: quantity, labeling, packaging protection. Inspection reports available upon request.
