1. What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our MOQ is typically 10 pieces for custom sheet metal parts, and 20 pieces for standard enclosures. For prototype or small batch orders, we are flexible and can discuss based on your specific requirements.
2. How long is your sample lead time?
Samples usually take 7-10 working days after drawing confirmation. For simple parts, samples can be ready within 5 working days.
3. What is your mass production lead time?
Bulk production lead time is usually 15-25 working days after sample approval and deposit receipt. The exact time depends on product complexity and order quantity.
4. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept T/T (bank transfer), L/C at sight, and PayPal for sample orders. For bulk orders, 30% deposit in advance, 70% balance before shipment.
5. What drawing formats do you accept?
We accept CAD files (DWG, DXF), SolidWorks (SLDPRT, SLDASM), STEP, IGES, PDF, and hand drawings with clear dimensions. Our engineering team can review your drawings and provide feedback within 24 hours.
6. What materials can you work with?
We work with cold-rolled steel (SPCC), stainless steel (SUS304, SUS316), aluminum (5052, 6061), galvanized steel, and copper. Material thickness ranges from 0.5mm to 10mm.
7. What surface finishing options do you offer?
We offer powder coating (any RAL color), painting, anodizing, electroplating (zinc, nickel, chrome), brushing, polishing, and silk screen printing. Custom colors are available.
8. How do you package the products?
We use standard export packaging: inner plastic bag + foam protection + export carton. For fragile or large products, we use wooden cases. Custom packaging is available upon request.
9. What shipping methods do you use?
For samples and small orders: DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT express (3-5 days). For bulk orders: by sea (FCL/LCL) or by air. We can also work with your designated freight forwarder.
10. What is your quality control process?
We follow ISO 9001:2015 quality management system. Every product goes through incoming material inspection, in-process inspection, and final inspection before shipment. We provide inspection reports and can do third-party inspection (SGS, BV, etc.) upon request.
11. Do you provide OEM/ODM services?
Yes, we specialize in OEM and ODM services. We can produce products according to your drawings, samples, or even just your ideas. Our engineering team can help with design optimization and manufacturability suggestions.
